OPEN Cited in Academic Paper: OPEN was cited in IEEE Global Humanitarian Technology Conference (GHTC) academic paper – page 120 and 121 on its successful deployments and testing of the Imcon Internet Backpack for both emergency services/disaster response and education applications with its partners the Goma Volcano Observatory (OVG), Cinquantenaire school in the Eastern DR Congo, and Syracuse University School of Information Studies.
