Malawi Ramps Up Its OPEN Sustainable Agriculture Research Program

Led by Dominic Nyasulu of the Malawi National Youth Network on Climate Change (NYNCC), the Lilongwe University of Agriculture in Lilongwe, Malawi begins OPEN's regenerative agriculture experiments on the NRC Campus! The goal of our research around the world is to help small holder farmers and their communities adapt to and even help mitigate climate change impacts while increasing yields through the application of sustainable practices such as diked plot drainage systems, cover crops, no till farming, intercropping and related methods.
